What you are buying: SmartOne
This listing activates the SmartOne player for 12 months. It is an app activation, not a channel package: channels and playlists are not included. Check that SmartOne is the app installed on your device.
Before you order
Open SmartOne on the device you want to activate and copy its displayed identifier into the cart. Add the device key if requested. Enter details separately for each device when ordering more than one activation.
Your 12-month activation
The term of this SmartOne offer is 12 months. Any separate service subscription has its own terms. Check the installed app and the term shown here before adding the activation to your cart.
Price, payment and activation
Use the current price and currency displayed on this page, and review your cart before paying. Activation is processed on request after confirmed payment. Payment confirmation is not the same as completed activation; follow processing and completion in My orders.
Ordering for more than one device?
Enter each device’s own details for each activation in the cart. Check the identifier displayed inside the player, rather than assuming the identifier in your television settings is the correct one.
Not sure this is the right product?
Contact support before purchasing with the exact app name and your device model. If SmartOne does not work on the device, resolve that first. Do not post passwords or playlists containing login details in public product questions.
