1. Publisher and scope

Showplustv is published by the merchant Showplustv. The publisher's full details are provided on request through the help center.

These terms govern every order placed on showplustv.com. Showplustv sells digital products: IPTV subscription codes and credentials, player-app activations and software licences, and credit packs intended for resellers. Placing an order means you fully accept these terms.

2. Customer account

An account with a verified e-mail address is required to order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken from your account. One person per account; accounts created to work around a limit (free trials, quotas) may be suspended.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR) depending on your account, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Three payment methods are offered: your Showplustv wallet balance, cryptocurrency (USDT on the networks shown) and bank card.

The wallet can be topped up from €50.00. Card payments are denominated in US dollars at the current rate and processed by a third-party payment provider; cryptocurrency payments are confirmed once validated on the blockchain. A partial or late payment stays "pending" until the full amount is received. Network or provider fees, where they exist, are shown before you confirm and are borne by you.

The account currency (MAD or EUR) is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Reseller pricing and reseller packs are reserved for accounts that have made a first top-up of at least the minimum; packs are paid exclusively from the wallet balance. Wallet balances bear no interest and are not a bank deposit.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally in your "My orders" area and by notification e-mail. Each product page states its delivery mode: instant (a few minutes after payment), on request (indicative time shown, usually about 2 hours, commonly between 30 minutes and 12 hours, exceptionally up to 24 hours) or manual processing. Times are indicative; if they are exceeded you are notified and may request cancellation under section 6.

For activations, the details you enter (MAC address, device identifier, application) must be accurate: an activation performed on a wrong identifier that you supplied cannot be undone.

5. Free trials

Trial products may be offered free to customers whose wallet balance reaches €20.00, within the daily and monthly limits shown on the Wallet page. This programme is a commercial benefit that may be changed or suspended at any time, has no monetary value and is not refundable.

6. Withdrawal, refunds and claims

Products are digital content supplied without a physical medium. By confirming an order you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the code or activation has been delivered to you. Replacement and refund cases are detailed in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Use of the products

Codes and subscriptions are supplied by third-party publishers and providers. Showplustv does not publish the content streamed and guarantees neither the channel line-ups, their permanent availability, nor compatibility with every device: check the requirements listed on each product page. You undertake to use the products in compliance with the laws applicable in your country and the provider's conditions, not to resell them without agreement (reseller packs excepted), and not to share one code on more devices than the provider allows.

8. Liability

Showplustv undertakes to deliver a working product that matches its description. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Showplustv is not liable for interruptions attributable to providers, networks, your equipment or non-compliant use, nor for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain applicable.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, first contact customer service through the help center: an amicable solution is sought within 14 days. Failing that, the competent courts of the merchant's registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules enjoyed by consumers residing in the European Union.
