Which device details do you need for player activation?

Open the player on the device you want to activate. Note its exact name and the identifier shown inside the application, often labeled Device ID or MAC. The number in the television’s general settings may differ from the player’s identifier.

In the Showplustv cart, fill in the device field for each activation. If the app displays a key and the form requests it, copy that too. Keep the displayed characters and review the details before payment.

For two devices, enter each device’s own details. Do not repeat the same identifier when ordering several activations of the same product.

If you cannot find the details, contact support before buying with the player name and device model. Use a private conversation for sensitive information; never post passwords or credential-bearing playlist URLs in public questions.
